My Go-To Beauty Products

Everybody has their favorite beauty products, and I'm no different.

Although I do use a lot of products depending on what kind of day I'm having or how I plan to do my makeup, there are a few things that are tried and true for me. I've used them for a long time or I've switched over to them from other products because I couldn't believe how great they were.

I decided to include links to all these products, and I would 100% recommend all of them to you!

It Cosmetics Universal Brow Pencil

Lucky for me, I finally figured out you can fill in your eyebrows when you do your makeup sometime during college. And, even luckier for me, I got a freebie eyebrow pencil through an organization I participated it that I have been obsessed with since then.

The Universal Brow Pencil has lasted a super long time, too, which is a huge plus to me. It looks natural, to the point that I'm one of the few people who really notices a difference between when I'm wearing it and when I'm not.

Simple Kind to Skin Hydrating Light Moisturizer

This has been my favorite moisturizer since high school. I have oily skin, so I have to be careful with which moisturizers I use. Simple's moisturizers are lightweight and don't leave my skin feeling oily later on in the day.

I put this on every single morning after I wash my face and use a toner.

wet n wild MegaLiner Liquid Eyeliner

Another of my old favorites that I still use to this day, this is my absolute favorite liquid eyeliner. It's easy to maneuver, so I get really exact with my eyeliner, which is very important to me if I'm going for a bold eyeliner look.

Too Faced Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette

I have used this constantly since I got it as a gift a few Christmases ago. I love using browns and purples when I use eyeshadow, and this palette is full of them.

I usually use one of the browns along my upper and lower lash lines, but sometimes I'll play around with the different colors for fun. If you like to wear a more natural look, I'd definitely recommend this palette to you.

wet n wild MegaGlo Highlighter

I became obsessed with this highlighter powder while I was studying abroad in Spain. As you can tell, I like to wear more natural looks most of the time, and this highlighter gives me just enough shine that it's noticeable, but it's subtle enough that I don't feel like a disco ball.

Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy Lavender Chamomile Lotion

If you have trouble falling asleep, raise your hand!

This lotion pulls double duty, not only helping me fall asleep, but it is so soothing and makes my skin super soft. Also, who doesn't love the smell of lavender?

I keep this on my nightstand so I can easily put it on right before bed every night.

Freeman Purifying Avocado + Oatmeal Clay Mask

I've used tons of different Freeman masks in my time, but this has always been my favorite. Like the Simple moisturizer I mentioned above, it helps a lot with my oily skin and makes me feel so refreshed.

I like to use it on Sunday mornings to end my week on a high note. Other times, I'll use it while taking a bath or lounging around the house if my skin needs a little TLC.

Lush Buffy Body Butter

When I first tried this in the store, I couldn't stop feeling my hands afterwards; they were so soft! I only use it about twice each week because it's so effective.

I mainly use it for my legs, but it's been great on my elbows, too!

Lush Cup O' Coffee Face Mask

I've talked about this in one of my favorites blog posts before, but I just couldn't leave it out of this post, too. It's so refreshing in the morning and is a great pick-me-up if you're addicted to caffeine like I am.

I use it every Monday and Friday morning to give myself a wake up call before I start my day (even though I'm definitely having a cup of coffee or two with breakfast after I get out of the shower).

xoxo,

Rachel
