It's easy to fall into a routine each morning, especially when it comes to your breakfast or your caffeine fix. If you're looking to shake things up and make your mornings more exciting, take a look through these four recipes!
Coffee Smoothie
This is so easy to make, and, in addition to your daily dose of caffeine, it'll provide you with some fruit and vitamins to get your day started. I'm definitely guilty of solely drinking some coffee and calling it breakfast, which is definitely not healthy in any way, so subbing in a smoothie can help me (and maybe some of you) not skip breakfast.
Cinnamon Coffee Creamer
Whenever I make coffee at home with my Keurig, I use unflavored creamer and rely on the flavor of my coffee for that little kick of yum. If anything, I'll use a hazelnut coffee creamer if that's what we have in the fridge. Cinnamon at breakfast reminds me of eating cinnamon toast in the mornings as a kid, so this is a great way to have a nostalgic morning.
Easy Caramel Iced Coffee
Once it starts getting hot this summer, drinking regular coffee feels like a chore. Making your own iced coffee will keep you cool during your morning routine. I used to just go out and buy iced coffee whenever I wanted it, but since I began making it at home, I've saved money and I don't have to change out of my pajamas to drink it.
Iced Caramel Macchiato Popsicles
Iced caramel macchiatos are my go-to order for when I know I'm going to have a busy day and need some extra caffeine to keep me going. How cute are these iced caramel macchiato popsicles though? Like I mentioned above, I don't always want to have hot coffee once mornings get warmer, so popsicles mixed with coffee are the perfect combination for summer mornings.
xoxo,
Rachel
